Anukesh Karanjia – RYT200
Anukesh has been a student of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness for many years. She has used these practices in her own life to heal from past trauma’s and anxieties (along with therapy). A Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr) and a recent Ayurvedic Diploma graduate, she is also pursuing her passion in holistic healing and is currently enrolled in the 300 hr. Yoga Teacher Training program. She has over 15 years of experience in the world of banking and finance and enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, reading, and enjoying foods from all over the world.
In our hectic day to day lives it is very easy to get caught up in all of the distractions and lose focus on the things we truly value in our lives, she hopes to connect with anyone wishing to explore the many benefits of yoga, breath work, and mindfulness to calm the mind, strengthen and heal the body, and nourish the soul.
Consultations are free and a wonderful way to explore the options that are available, answer any questions you may have, and get to know the teacher.
