Self Esteem Coaching
Through coaching, I help women who are experiencing a break up, separation and/or divorce re-establish their self esteem and self worth. I can help you come through the grief, the questioning period and the emotional pain with a clear plan to move forward into your best possible life.
The difference between coaching and counselling is that coaching is forward moving, we develop an action plan and examine limiting beliefs and implement a plan. With counselling, we look at the past and process old wounds. As I am cross trained as a therapist and a coach, I use strategies from both modalities.
Coaching services from me are available to residents within and outside of Canada.
